At your chosen salon, we have a legitimate interest in processing your data to allow us to better perform our services and communication for the benefit of our clients such as:

  • Reminders for appointments including postal reminders, emails and text messages when grooms or appointments are due or for feedback purposes
  • To contact you with salon updates such as changes to our opening hours or the provision of services over a holiday period. News relating to our staff and the services we provide and in some cases updates of animal health concerns in the local area
